My Action Request isn't posting

Hi there,

Every time I try to post this AR it gives me the same message, "Oops! We ran into some problems. You need to enter a Valid SteamID"
All the accurate information is there. Both of these SteamID's work fine on my end.

it isnt working because you are posting the link to their steam profiles, not the actual steam id, here they are down below
