Suggestion Description: too many PD, no one is playing crim anymore. you have 2 organisations playing crim, 3 organisations playing bazaar goblin and the other people on cop

Why should this be added?:
- Increase Crim RP
- Stop me crying about losing to rats

What negatives could this have?:
- bigger queue at PD reception

What problem would this suggestion solve?: lack of crim

crim mains rise up joeks aside ye perp is hard to balance you either get bummfucked by tfu in like seconds or you end up wiping all cops in 1raid and it feels like a average monday. i understand OPS point as ye tfu gets insuferable but theres so much variables being based on skill, intellect etc that this is rather a philosophical debate as there are so much shit tfus and there are so much good tfus it really depends but even shit ones will anihilate u in seconds and thats the main issue, lowerimg count doesnt do shit its rather the actual smartness of the tfu that changes crim like most...

That's so untrue, especially during high pop. Half the times you call the cops over a raid or a burglar alarm goes off either no one responds or it's a single pistol cop that dies within 3 seconds of setting foot near the property, and no backup arrives because they are busy on other raids/incidents.
