Suggestion Title: New division/subdivision
Suggestion Description: Im suggesting the addition of a sherifs department. This department would work as follows:
The officers that hold this rank would have acces to a crown victoria with a distinguishable livery that would make it clear they are part of a different division, as well as other vehicles (this is open for debate as the only car that came to my mind that works with this is the crown vic). These officers should also have a different uniform, basically the same officer uniform but with a state trooper hat on, and the color of the whole uniform to a brighter shade of brown, tending more towards a darker tan. These officers should also have acces to a different armoury that would consist of another revolver and acces to another semi automatic sidearm. They should also have acces to the remmington 870 as their primary, but can only hold a limit of either 1 box of ammo or 2.
Requirements: minimum rank: corporal, playtime: 2 weeks, no infractions within 1 month, time since last app: 1 week, taser certification: required.
Extra policies for these officers: They should have to follow the old shotgun policy for corporas ( basicallt have to carry it in the trunk of the vehicle at all times unless either authorised to patrol with it by a LT+ or when they deploy to a raid/ firearms involved situation.) this would be to balance its better armoury with restricting the use of the shotgun.
Why should this be added?:
- add amother division to play
- more rp interactions
- add a division that has better sidearms (currently the only other division that offers different firearms without advancing in ranks is tfu and that offers only primaries)
- it can be an alternative or a stepping stone for reaching achieving the tfu certification
What negatives could this have?:
- would take a lot of time to code
- could possibly have a negative efect within the crime comunity,
What problem would this suggestion solve?: If you find any other pros/ negatives , feel free to say them
Also my personal recommendations for the armoury are either the anaconda/sw 29 or raging bull (i feel like the last one could be too op but it fits the role) and for the semi auto pistol, i would recommend either, glock 20 (i know its already a thing for sgt) or the usp 40

(i think the cowboy hat that we already have would fit perfectly too)
