Model Suggestion New Halloween Costumes

Suggestion Title: New Halloween Costumes
Suggestion Description: With Halloween coming up everybody will be growing pumpkins to get a new costume to play with. I noticed that there are many playermodels of classical killers like Jason, Michael Myers, Leatherface etc. in the workshop and thought that it would be pretty cool to also have them as buyable costumes with candy and not just the ones from the previous years

Why should this be added?:
- New and interesting halloween costumes
- No more repetitiveness every year

What negatives could this have?:
- Dev time i would assume

What problem would this suggestion solve?: How repetitive each years costumes are

We do not use content from the workshop, everything is already from the engine or fully custom and made in house (or very rarely is sourced externally via purchasing or other agreements).

With CSS and Episode Two now being part of gmod we may be able to add a few new costumes, but we won't put development time into custom making more given how short the period of time they are used is, and due to us already having plans that require attention for Halloween.
