Police Suggestion New police transit is WAY TOO SLOW

Suggestion Title: New police transit is WAY TOO SLOW
Suggestion Description: Just want to start by saying this new police vehicle is awesome, it looks extremely cool and the lights on it are really good too. But, it is INCREDIBLY slow, like awfuly slow. It genuinely almost does not make it up the hills to get onto highways. The highway junction at in the city is even steeper and i almost came to a stop. The video I attatched is me flooring the car. I get you dont want it quick, its a transport vehicle. But its max speed is 40, nearing half the speed limit of the highway. It shouldnt take this long to travel round the map, I feel the cool van is rarely going to be used van because of this.

Why should this be added?:
- Right now it will be used cause its new, but after the hype i feel it will rarely be used because its geninely frustrating to drive

What negatives could this have?:
- Aslong as it isnt made too fast, none.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The van not being painful to use.

yea this is wayyyy too slow accelration should be buffed and maybe keep the top speed at 45 or 50 just for it to be able to be used, im a big fan of the police transit vans i use them all the time so please do not let it be complete trash just semi trash
