Night n day cycle

I miss the old system when it we're getting dark in the game. I know there is a night and day system already. But it only makes the road darker, not the sky

I also noticed that the current cycle only changes the lighting just slightly. I don't know if it's possible to make the sky actually black when it gets night but it would be pretty cool. Maybe put a world prop all over the skybox that's outside the map and it changes colors during the cycle? ;P

Putting a huge brush over the sky would be very inefficient. Fredy is already looking at some methods to make an ACTUAL cycle. It will be awesomeness.

I want day and night cycle too, in the night we could raid with stealth using berreta's :3 Would be great!
