2.5, 3.25 - User shot at unarmed people while they were raiding a property. The user failed to make sure the scene was clear before they then went and picked drugs, only to die seconds later by police.// Banned for Enforcer Niko
Why should this appeal be considered:
First of all, I would like to say this punishment is just stupid.
Me and my friend @hotdog 6 both broke 2,5 but he only got away with a warning and I got banned for picking up drugs on top of that, but I did check the property and none was there but it's not my fault a police car can respond to the scene. Am I supposed to wait a proper minute before running off? since I took the drugs then tried to run off and that's when the police came which can be shown in the shadowplay Niko got from Sneaky.
How would I know if a police car would come, I didn't even hesitate to drop back the drugs in the sit as it was pure luck that the officer came.
