PARALAKE POLICE DEPARTMENT
(NOMINATIONS OPEN) Chiefs of Department Awards 2021
Dear colleagues,

With a wave of monumental change impacting our operations since the beginning of 2021, alongside other pressures, it has been a challenging year. Colleagues have worked tirelessly adapting to the changes in management, working practices, as well as the growing demands placed upon the Department, all while continuing to prevent crime, facilitate economic growth, and maintaining our high standards.

In recognition of all the outstanding work and dedication that Paralake Police Department colleagues have shown in the past year, we will be holding a Chiefs of Department Awards to reflect on the past year, 2021. Do you know of a colleague, supervisor, leader, or investigator who has gone beyond their role?

Nominate them now using this Google Form, filling out all the details as well as a short writeup of no more than 150 as to why they should receive an award.

The Colleague of the Year and Supervisor of the Year will each receive $150,000 courtesy of the Chief of Department with the other categories attracting $100,000. Each winner will also receive an exclusive forum signature banner as well as an award for their PLPD.online profile.

You can nominate yourself or another colleague until 23:30 GMT on Friday 28th January 2022 where voting will then open to the wider community. You can submit as many nominations as you’d like.

There are 7 awards to be won. They are listed below:
