Not allowing me to post a ban dispute

I got banned and i went to try submit a ban dispute and it didnt let me. My ban was caused by some sort of glitch or misunderstanding.
Can i talk to an admin about my situation?

This has been resolved. User was banned due to ban evasion but it was not relevant.
