Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
simple being able to make notes and drop them whit a text on them
usefull for kidnapping notes or to leave at a parkingspot if a car has been impounded there

Don't you think it would be a problem if anyone could pick up and take the note, or are you only suppose to be able to read them?

How would you solve the problem with people potentially spamming notes and dropping/setting them up everywhere?

Please add some more information and make your Suggestion more detailed.

Could be useful, but then they should cost to create and cops should be able to remove them with a bind so they can clean them up.

it could be a usefull thing but you should add more info in it so we have some more idea of it because like alabin said people could go around spamming by placing those things there should be a MAX on it like you could only place3/2 so people cant go around and placing loads of them second other people couldnt be able to pick them up with fists etc(only you can) and people could be able to read then by clicking e on it and something on your screen will appear like the the ticked screen but then with an memo notepad theme.
