Number Plate Glitch

Description of the bug: When you get kicked from an organisation whilst having their custom number plate on your car, you still get it on new cars you buy.

How to reproduce the bug: Join an org with a custom number plate, get kicked/leave with the number plate on one of your cars, boom

Time stamp(s): Has only happened to me recently when I bought my new car and im in a different org and it doesnt have custom number plates

I can't replicate this bug and looking at the code, everything seems fine.
