Note there was only allowed 1 roadcrew at the time of when my car was tiered 1 and I had found in my demo that this was the only roadcrew.

Why don't you take a screenshot of who was driving right before it happened so we know for sure who was driving the vehicle? Someone else could have taken the job between the time of the crash and from the time the picture was taken.
