Suggestion Title: Option to put the pin back on grenades/flashbangs
Suggestion Description: Make it so that when you have the pin pulled on a grenade/flashbang, you can press a keybind (R for example) to put the pin back and be able to put it away.

Why should this be added?:
- Helps with accidental pin pulls; can prevent catastrophic incidents if someone accidentally pulls the pin on a grenade for example.
- Skill expression: Can provide opportunities to bait and trick enemies with sound cues, both for TFOs and crims.

What negatives could this have?:
- Hostage situations involving grenades could be more complicated for PD; as the hostage takers can put the pin back instead of having to go through EOD. Negotiations might look a little different in these cases.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Apart from accidental pin pulls, it is unrealistic to not be able to put the pin back. Grenades and flashbangs in real life and in other games can do this; why shouldn't perpheads have this as well?
 
I think the pure mingery that would come from this is enough for me to say no to.

That apart from the fact that grenades as they are, are already OP enough, they don't need the ability to be used as bait.

must be a dumb hostage taker to be convinced despite having a grenade ready to blow up
 
I think u should be able to work flashbangs, however I do think it should only be tfo or higher as they have specific training and that ability could be “taught” in the session. By taught I mean unlock the ability too
