Org Chat

[Luke]

Remove the ability for people to type /org.

Add an app to the phone called TeamSpeak or Skype and allow for people within an org to be able to access the 'chat room/channel'.

The chat room/channel could include both VoIP and IM options.

This could serve almost as a radio-like tool for non government-employed people.

This would remove the ability for people to use the organisational chat facility while handcuffed.

This would promote realism.

This would help prevent third-party software metagaming, eg: using Skype or TeamSpeak.

I support this but I don't understand how this would prevent metagaming via third party software such as Skype.

It won't completely stop such forms of metagaming, but it would help to as currently, there isn't a way to speak with 2 or more different people at once, unless you are sufficiently close to each other; and, people also like using apps...

Accepted as long as group text messaging is added via the phone, like Luke's other idea suggests.
