What are rivals?

In what situations im allowed to kill rivals?

If i can kill rivals only in raid ,that has no logic,because Its just a simple raid Tho???

rivals are only red name tags of enemy org it doesnt mean u kos them it just gives xp when u kill them.

The rival tag is simply used to identify rival organisations, it does not give you permission to KOS them, however killing them in a roleplay situation benefits you with larger amounts of organisation XP.
