Suggestion Title: Organisation Overhaul
Suggestion Description: I've seen the owners say multiple times that they don't want Perp to be a PVP based server. However org XP is mainly PVP and criminal based. My suggestion would be to overhaul the orgs/xp/unlock items. XP should be earned from everything done in the game, from repairing vehicles as roadcrew, putting out fires, reviving/healing people as a medic, arresting people as PD, and yes, harvesting drugs, killing people. But the PVP side needs balancing more with the RP side. Right now PVP based org XP is far more acquirable than anything else, which drives more PVP, leaderboards are known to drive PVP across every game thats ever existed, I'm not saying get rid of the leaderboard, but if it's more balanced with RP, then players will naturally.
Another suggestion would be to have more rewards to unlock once an Org reaches level 50, maybe a prestige system, to regain all the levels over and over again. This would drive people to grind more. Maybe some more org related props/items/vehicles etc could be added also which can be purchased using Credits/PerpCoins.
Why should this be added?:
- More balanced PVP to RP environment. More of a reason to keep playing/player retention.
What negatives could this have?:
- This could possibly cause PD to become slightly less active, however PD at peak times is usually none stop and they cannot respond to everything going on.
