Suggestion Title: Organisation Vehicles
Suggestion Description: The ability to buy, with organisation accounts, cars which are tied to the organisation.
This can be from a select list of cars, or every car available. Ideally ones with 4 seats or more, or discounted prices for cars with 5+ seats.
The cars would be able to be purchased, sold, upgraded, downgraded and managed monetarily using the org bank account, but features such as repair could be done with personal money, such as roadcrew / roadcrew station.
Cars can also be alotted to organisation ownership by anyone within the org, allowing for said fast cars to be used universally as temporary vehicles, allowing for more dynamic movement and flexibility when on the road.
Permissions to drive, ride in, etc. the cars would be managed using organisation permissions, and the concerns of ownership and upgrades would be managed by people with said permissions. This would help to prevent malicious activity concerning the vehicles.
In concerns to police in integration with this system, the license plates would be designated org plates, and the owner of the vehicle would be assigned to the leader of the org or the person who summoned the car.
This adds accountability for who is using the vehicle during crime, encouraging owners to be more select as to who can drive the vehicle and giving the permission of being able to use the car more sanctity.
A sidenote is giving discounts to organisations when buying vehicles of larger sizes, where a vehicle of 4 seats or more would be somewhat discounted, encouraging the use of larger vehicles over multiple, faster but smaller vehicles.
The amount of vehicles is also undetermines, where it could increase as the org levels up, or each car slot incurring a tax over time, to add a maintained cost for the organisation perk.
Why should this be added?:
- Allows for less wealthy org members to keep up with richer org members
- Allows the establishment of uniform / presence more uniquely from org to org
- Allows for more integration with the organisation bank account
What negatives could this have?:
- Malicious activity would be incredibly easy
- Would be another cost sink for orgs
What problem would this suggestion solve?: This would solve org members not being able to keep up with other org members due to the speed of their car, or a seat capacity limit from the cars they own, such as fast 2 seaters. Having org cars that require 4 seats or more would allow for group transport to be carried out easier.
