Suggestion Title: Self-serve money laundering
Suggestion Description: Criminals can take the additional risk to launder the stolen money from banks by portioning the money and cleaning it slowly instead of instantly for higher payout by carrying it on them as they sell drugs.

Why should this be added?:
- Adds a level of depth to crime
- Gives a tough saving grace for those who fail to deliver the money but have the chance to preserve it.
- Gives Cops more variety of crimes to respond to and new things to investigate
- Gives criminals more items to steal and go after.
- Gives more purpose to Dirty Money in the under-ground criminal world.

What negatives could this have?:
- Hard to code?

This is actually a nice idea i'd love to see something like this.

I do like the idea of making the money process more in depth for those who want to - though the idea of it being optional is deffo nice in my opinion - some just want the quick money others dont

I feel like bank robberies are a huge risk for the reward and the reward should deffo be higher then it is today afaik - there is a minute since i did a bank robbery myself so idk if anything has changed.
