WHO ARE WE?
The Paralake Crime Agency is a non-governmental, private, crime fighting charity funded by donations, entry fees and controlled substance seizures. The organisation consists of part time volunteers as-well as full time employees that are paid from the money we gain from donations. The Paralake Crime Agency works alongside (although not affiliated with) the Police Department in dealing with serious and organised crime, this includes large scale drug operations run by well known organisations such as Olsen Banden and Cosa Nostra, serious coordinated assaults and other serious crime.
HOW DO WE OPERATE?
Using the money we have gained from donations we are able to fund resources to aid us in our crime fighting, we can purchase high speed vehicles to pursue offenders until the Police can take over, or larger vehicles for transporting a high number of agents. We have chosen the Range Rover 2012 as the best of both of these, as it is reasonably priced at $500,000, can reach 60mph without any upgrades and can transport agents in the back seats, with plenty of storage space for weapons, flashbangs, restraints and traffic control equipment. Our unmarked vehicles are also fitted with sirens to aid in getting to incidents as fast as possible.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING?
All members of the Paralake Crime Agency receive discounts at partnered bazaar stores on the production of valid identification, full time employees also receive a yearly salary of $20,000. Part time members do not receive any salary as they are volunteers but may be reimbursed in certain circumstances. Members also benefit from the intensive training that is provided which is a combination of theoretical online learning alongside ingame training. You will also have access to all of our information systems, including vehicle records, criminal/person records, employee records and more. This is a sample taken from the employee records database.
CAN I PROGRESS A CAREER IN THE PCA?
Yes, although it is difficult to progress initially, if you put maximum effort into our organisation you can expect to become eligible for higher paid positions. You aren't promoted on the spot for good work, you must apply for the role above from you should you want it and your application will be reviewed based on your conduct in your current role, and how well you would meet the requirements of the applied role. Here is the progress tree within our organisation:
- Chief Director
- Deputy Director
- Assistant Director
- Field Captain
- Field Lieutenant
- Field Sergeant
- Field Officer
