Why Should This Player Be Punished:
2.5, 6.3, 3.4 and in 6:44 he breaks 3.24. I punched his car once as I thought he was another person I even apologised in voice chat for it but he started gunpointing me in a public shop without dealing with the NPC's. He said he will take me to the pd but all he did was beat me to the point I was bleeding and made me drown myself.
