Why Should This Player Be Punished: Me and my buddy were mugging him, and he decided it would be a good idea to leave the server instead of dropping his items. A few hours later, I saw him online and when I made a report he left the server again.

I would of prefered to see some kind of defence from Seg, so I've added him on steam and notified him of this action request and his ban. Leaving within a roleplay situation, especially when getting mugged isn't a smart idea - If you need to go instantly, utilize the LOOC chat.

I'd also like to remind the OP, that mugging in-front of the drug dealer is somewhat against rule 2.5 (excessive negativity) so keep that in mind in the future.
