Rules broken:

As seen from the clip he has said "I'm getting you banned" which is breaking rule 3.24 and then he does not comply with your /me commands which means he is breaking 3.26.

He's honestly just an annoying idiot who likes to act superior to others, but ironically just makes himself look worse.

3.24 In and out of character - Don’t bring out of character situations in character, for example screaming "RDM"
when being shot at.

It's a rather simple rule, and isn't hard to follow, it honestly comes under common sense when you are playing on a SERIOUS ROLEPLAYING SERVER.
