Why Should This Player Be Punished: User broke 3.26, 3.24 and 3.20. Failed to follow /mes, repeatedly asked for an admin and said 'we would all get banned'. When I got hold of him, he disconnected.

Not involved but he did do this to me earlier the user displayed in the video had disrespected me just showing negativity then the user had said "Im calling an admin" and kept doing this and failed to follow the /me function multiple times. He shows total negativity and breaks his character alot in the process so i do support this action request and i hope some sort of punishment is given because he has no intent to role play and is just so rude to people for no reason.
