Suggestion Title: PD welcome Card stating downstairs armoury
Suggestion Description: Was gonna post in bug reports but it feels like an invalid place to put it, same as with here. Peeps can just deny this and if it wasn't known before, it is now :3

When you sign into PD, the welcome card that shows up, indicates that the armoury is downstairs (Like in v5) instead of upstairs - Just needs updating for V6

Why should this be added?:
- So I can stop trying to find a second armoury downstairs

What negatives could this have?:
- There not actually being a second armoury downstairs

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Being blacklisted from PD for waiting for the downstairs armoury to spawn during my 12hr PD waiting for armoury shift

Alternate suggestion: Add a downstairs armoury alongside the upstairs armoury

It is actually fixed now, I had seen it say upstairs instead of downstairs when I joined PD earlier
