Peoples props not removing when they leave

Description of the bug: Props don't seem to be getting removed when a user leaves perpheads

How to reproduce the bug: Place prop, then leave

Time stamp(s): Happened yesterday with @Alliat when he placed his workbench and some props and it didn't get removed until we called The Spook to remove them.

This error happened to me today actually aswell. I had placed my ammo down in Bazzar and it got sent back to storage when I left, however when I joined back it was still there and when I got the staff member to send the stuff back to storage. NVM it didnt dup anything for me I had that amount before lol
