Suggestion Title: Perception increases the expected value of fishing catches
Suggestion Description: Higher levels in perception should alter the loot table for fishing to increase the odds of getting higher valued fish / items and reduce the odds of getting garbage / stolen rod.
Why should this be added?:
I was thinking of ideas for flavourful effects that perception could have, currently I believe it is the only gene in the game that does nothing except allow for certain crafting recipes.
What negatives could this have?:
increasing the value of fishing, which honestly isn't a bad thing given it has been severely powercrept by other forms of riskier money making diminishing the relative earnings of fishing to such methods.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: give perception a niche use and also buff fishing a little
