I did however its not my fault that some people were much harder to contact and also i plan to make events less dependent on others

Its defo your fault because you started setting up everything for the event after you already announced it.

In reality to make the events better people FIRST contact everyone needed,make sure everything will go ok, other important things and THEN announce the event itself. This way no unforeseen circumstances will happen.

For an example take some fests,concerts from IRL. The hosts first invite everyone needed,make sure that everything will work fine and expected persons will acctualy come. And after this process,anounce the event.

Its actually laughable that the judges decide to do a public vote, and when the votes doesnt favor them, its “rigged” and they win anyway
