Suggestion Title: Phone Airplane mode
Suggestion Description: Add the ability to turn on airplane mode for your phone, sending any calls received to Line Busy and delaying text messages until airplane mode is turned off. An icon would be displayed, reminding the user their phone is on airplane mode at the top of their screen. (similar to how teamspeak shows at top of screen when going to another app)

Why should this be added?:
- QoL
- Useful for ignoring people
- Instead of dropping phones to avoid alerting cops of the text message sound, you can put it in airplane mode.

What negatives could this have?:
- developer time
let me know if u can think of any more negatives

What problem would this suggestion solve?: No airplane mode

this is good and simple and i see no reason for a con

I think this is useless, but reducing the text sound so people don’t hear it from specific range and use it as a reason to raid can be useful

Suggestion Title: New button to not receive calls
Suggestion Description: A new toggle setting in settings app that when enabled stops receiving calls, when turned on a small red text in the bottom right says Not receiving calls.

Why should this be added?:
- Useful when doing something important and don’t want calls like in an admin sit
Or when a supervisor is in a sit and he can block his phone so the calls also automatically goes to other available officer,
Or for dispatchers when dealing with a situation they can block their phones
Or when the police calls you...

Possible negative:

CPL+ Ignoring 911 calls even harder.

Solution: Civi only, or work feature into plpd policy
