Suggestion Title: Phone book
Suggestion Description: So my suggestion is to add player phonebook to mayor's offices but u would have to pay small fee of course.
Why should this be added?:
It could connect player. An also can help get other players numbers.
What negatives could this have?:
there could be alot of prank calling,spam texts,swatting.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: But my solution is either make it where they can't do it at all or make where the person will get fine for the crimes the did.
