Planter Boxes disappear (and/or not retrievable)

Description of the bug:
just to mention, this was not the first time this happened. its a few times now

we got raided with a bomb and died some minutes later

after we tried to retrieve it at the city hall, it said "u dont have any planters out"

when we checked storage, there was the 2 planter boxes missing. we also couldnt place any more as "maximum reached"

made an f6 report and synatec found them in slums 3.

so the actual bug would be, that we cant retrieve planter boxes even when they are completely empty,
the system says we dont have any out.

EDIT: I will just quote down here what @Synatec said in the F6 too
"They harvested them and took the pots out, make sure to put that in the bug report"

How to reproduce the bug:
my assumption:

press E on somebodies planter, steal their stuff,... probably put a label on it? i dont know what people do with our planter boxes.
