Hi,
I tried making an account to apply for the police department but i can't login and it says "User account is disabled". Does anybody know how i would go about getting this resolved?

@Samuel I got in and then it told me to reset my password and now its saying "bad credentials".

@Charlieee reset your pw then. I can't set your password or give you it, its encrypted. Make sure you don't have caps or something on.

I have tried resetting it, it just returns the same thing when i try to login ("bad credentials")

Edit: Turns out i'm just dead retarded, i was using my email instead of my username
