Suggestion Title: PLPD Anonymous tips
Suggestion Description: Just like how bounty's are put on orgs hoarding drugs but different.

have a 911 message pop up as a random event under an anonymous tipper stating that there is drugs in a place with an organisation hoarding drugs, this doesn't give them the reason to raid but keep the orgs on their toes and police can undergo an investigation to go and knock on the door, maybe set up a stakeout just keeps it interesting.

Why should this be added?:
- more roleplay and gives pd access to the events

What negatives could this have?:
- kinda pointless as they can't do anything about it but it does keep people on their toes

What problem would this suggestion solve?: more roleplay

I can see why you would think that would be a good idea but IMO i dont think it would be

For starters It would 10000% cause more shootouts, Cause more problems for staff in thoery as you would have more people going WHy WaS I aRrEsTeD FoR, plus more pointless complaints for IA as staff would not really be able to deal with it as much as if this was to be accepted it would be fair game then

Also the cops would not be able to do much with it, unless they have some evidence you would not be able to do much other then have people get pissed off at you untill you get called to another shootout
