PARALAKE POLICE DEPARTMENT
(NOW OPEN) Employee Satisfaction Survey - Q3 2022

Dear colleagues,
In the spirit of the Office of the Chiefs of Department’s “One Department” initiative, the Employee Satisfaction Survey will be making a regular return so as to assist the Senior Management Team in monitoring how colleagues doing the day-to-day operations are feeling. We will be running a Satisfaction Survey every quarter, the results of which will be announced at the end of the month.

We invite everyone, regardless of their current rank or position and even if you are no longer a sworn member of the Department, to provide us with some feedback regarding their experiences and how they can improve the Department.

We have added a considerable number of questions to this quarter's survey, the questions are in relation to the public opinion of each command team. These questions are to help the PR team in a future task we will be undertaking, as well as to understand how the general playerbase feels about how the police department is ran.

The survey will be open until the 31st of October, where the results will be collated and provided in an announcement.

Your feedback could be relevant to your current position in the Department, or regarding the Department as a whole. We want our organisation to be as inviting as it can be to individuals of all calibres.

All survey results are entirely anonymous, and we only ask you to specify your current rank so as to do some analysis within ranks. It is important to note however that responses may be discussed in a public space, but any named individuals will be redacted - the Office of the Chiefs of Department may contact named individuals specifically where a cause for concern arises.

Please click here to participate in the Employee Satisfaction Survey. You can complete as many or as few questions as you like.

Kind regards,

Human Resources
on behalf of
Office of the Chiefs of Department
