Hello all,
People Services are going to be conducting a survey on all department employees to get an insight on their views. We want to be able to support the community and make positive changes where we can. I invite you all to provide us with some feedback about your experiences and how we can improve the department.
The survey will be closed on the 1st of September 2021 and the results will be put together and discussed within the department and then a phase on actioning possible changes.
Your feedback may be relevant to your position in the department or the department as a whole. We want this community to be inviting to new players and give everyone the best experience possible. The department was formed to allow people to assist with functions with running this community so any feedback to make this better is welcome.
The survey is completely anonymous however responses will be discussed publicly to relevant individuals and the office of the Chiefs of Department.
