It's only a small suggestion but it has many benefits.
Idea: I think that the Police Chief should be able to see how many officers there currently is when you press the scoreboard - which only the mayor could do. But it makes sense because many Chiefs hold meetings and you don't really know how many officers there is unless you count them all on the demotion list; because you need all numbers there. Also in real life I guess the Chief would no how many officers there is in his force.
