Suggestion Title: Police CPR and instant search fix
Suggestion Description: When you perform CPR and hold R on a suspect that is in handcuffs the input buffer still goes through when the civilian gets revived by the CPR or by a Medic. This results in you instantly searching the person in which the search is not really lawful depending on the situation which can get your item(s) confiscated when you shouldn't be searched in the first place. I can see some Officer's abuse this fact which can lead to issues so I hope this can be avoided entirely.
I suggest adding a delay of 2-3 seconds after being revived until a person can be searched by Officer's (or even civilians if they're zip tied, you never know).
Why should this be added?:
-Stops Officer's from performing potentially unlawful searches on people.
-Also pretty annoying when the search box suddenly appears on your face.
What negatives could this have?:
-I really don't see any negatives to this.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Stops Officer's from unlawfully searching and peeking into a person's inventory that just got revived.
Also stops you from seeing said box as it freezes you in place as soon as they get revived.
