I have never seen him being mean or anything, as matter of fact I have only seen him being nice to people on and off duty as a Senior Officer, I looked up wether this guy has any recommendations but he hasn't, so here you go Dave, you taught me a lot when I first joined the Police Force and you are still helping me now so much has changed!
