Topic: a police search tool

Short explanation in notes:
- a tool which officers use to remove illegal items
- would automatically drop all illegal items

Detailed explanation why it should be added: instead of doing /mes all the time and cuffing/un cuffing people, officers can equip the tool, left click the man, and all the illegal items will be dropped.

Optional additions:
- suspect can be cuffed or in cuffed

My way of thought about this goes something like this:

1. This runs the risk of being heavily abused, just think about it. Officers would be able to handcuff anyone and remove/take their illegal items through the click of a button.
2. To add a "search tool" together with having a night stick, tickets, firearm etc. would for me feel quite weird.
3. Now if this was accepted, perhaps it would only be available for the Sergeants and the Lieutenant to prevent abuse. They are after all only experienced players as you have to apply for the position here on the forums.
4. On the other hand the main job for the Police Supervisors would then go from managing the police force to go around searching suspects all day long.
