I suggest you contact Fredy about this, make a private conversation with the seller and fredy, then discuss it there. Since you have evidence, if the seller doesn't provide Fredy with the receipt then according to the rules he's liable to punishment for scamming.
If in this case, the system bugged out, then Fredy should be able to fix it in no time.
