What should happen with dispatch?

Police should be trained in dealing with dispatch.

Recently there has been a lot of buzz about dispatchers and what they do. I feel like it's necessary to make a poll about them because there is just so much to talk about, and this will simplify it down a bit. This way we can also get a discussion off of the plpd website to use for feedback from people who interact via 911 or know players in the PD and their experiences. Feel free to share.
