Pumpkin spice costs less than seeds

Content bug.

Description of the bug:
Pumpkin spice costs less to sell to an NPC Than pumpkin seeds do. This surely has to be a miscalculation as surely a product made from a whole item should only add to its value?

How to reproduce the bug:
Compare the prices of both items to NPCs.
