Pros:
- Car can't be jacked while not using it
- Less lag on the server
- PLPD zerg can't shoot it up for no reason
- Sweaters with guns can't use it as cover and get it shot up
- It can't be prop pushed
- Easier to hide car from PLPD zerg
- Harder for PLPD to find suspects and give them a big fat ticket which they so much enjoy
