I just wanted to ask if there is any way to pay for premium tokens with steam wallet money.

There is no such way.

Either through the forums(store page) by using Paypal or debit/credit card or using in game cash, like purchasing from other players at Bazaar.

For now, you can buy premium tokens using PayPal or a card from the store.

The other way is in-game by asking if anyone is selling in /ooc or searching for one in the bazaar. They cost around 100k.

You can NOT use the Steam wallet its not possible its only via Paypal or card from the store. there are Premium Tokens and Normal Premium.
Tokens are more expensive because you can redeem them whenever you want
