Why should this be added?:
- Helps officers notice easier when they are needed
- More cool features to radio chat
- Radio chat is used more often
- Communication is made easier
- Radio protocol is way easier to uphold

What negatives could this have?:
- Can be spammed?

Im not opposed to this,this seems like a good notify for people,maybe give it a cooldown to it so it cannot be spammed and this would be a great feature.
