Server Suggestion Ragdolling at will

Suggestion Title: Ragdolling at will
Suggestion Description: Make it so people can ragdoll by clicking a button, smt that could be funny to see, particularily somebody who RP's as drunk is running away from cops or other people then fall flat down face first into the ground due to rp'ing drunk and not being able to properly move/run.

Why should this be added?:
- Fun RP and interactions

What negatives could this have?:
- None that I can think off, well maybe except the fact it's harder to kill you in ragdoll and I suppose it COULD be abused.

- Players could play dead, and shoot you when you least expect it.
- Kinda throw yourself ragdolled out windows having a better advantage.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - No necessary issues, other than it would give a little more openness for Passive RP.

If this idea don't work, there's ofc a possible solution to make it so people have a chance to ragdoll WHEN they are drunk, not at will just because if you're really drunk irl, you're not gonna be well standing/running

Ragdolled players break windows, So you could throw yourself through a window by jumping and ragdolling yourself. Whilst this would be funny as fuck to witness a raid occur like this, I don't think it would really be something we should have due to the fact that I have immediately found 7 ways you can abuse this mechanic without putting much thought into it.

I suppose an idea instead could be instead of ragdolling at will, make it so there's a random change that you will ragdoll just if you're drunk instead, just for a short periode of time 3-5 seconds. When you run.
