@JRW Well, for one he doesnt add the boring parts, it isnt made on iMovie, it has some nice effects added and the songs good in my opinion. What makes your montages good? Not the editing thats for sure.

To be honest you should spend some more time on the montages and like edit in pauses where you fake wallhacks or whatever i dont know
