Why were you banned/blacklisted: Spam rating zansa dumb.
Why should this appeal be considered: I was very angry at the time, my utter furious temper got the better of me and I am very sorry for this. I will not spam rate you dumb again, and if my ban is removed I will remove all dumb ratings from you which I gave. I also find it a bit unfair how I served a long ban and got rating banned. But I am still willing to remove the dumb ratings if the ban is removed
