Why Should This Player Be Punished: 2.1 ,3.4,3.6 and 3.24
The person denied gunpoint and proceeded to say that "Because your friend broke 3.4 I will do it to". The player took OOC in IC and proceeded to break serveral server rules because apparently my friend broke rules(https://perpheads.com/threads/ban-request-on-feng.9235/)In Which he did not that is why it was denied.

The player decided to break the rules majorly deciding him driving away from gunpoint "threw all RP out the window.

Please keep in mind this guy broke broke fearrp and raged at me for using my mic instead of talking in looc. Also they were bothering us and trying to lure us into breaking rules. Now at the point where they aim at me it wasn't even an RP Sit anymore it was completely OOC. Also Niko was together with them so the kick was probably because Bean Can told me.
