As MrAaron stated in the video, the raid wasn't valid.
However you would still have been raided if you were tied and gagged instead.

On a serious note this happens way to often and you were carrying a pistol meaning it would be hard to see. looking at the evidence you are entitled to a refund it was a complete mistake but it should not have happened.
