@Samuel already dealt with this in game and talked to everyone in the situation. I did make a mistake and say your friend swung at my friend. I wasn't in view and only assumed that is what happened because of his death. We all understood what we did wrong including yourself. I don't see why you would make an action request if it was dealt with.

This has already been dealt with in-game, we concluded the following:

• The reasons behind the two murders were invalid.
  
• You should not have unlocked the door as your hands were tied up.
• You should have made a /desc telling Shaun what weapons (if any) you had on you.
